Zena qualified as an aromatherapist in 1998 and has been running her own sports massage business since 2001. Zena has a wide knowledge of new therapies and treatments for many client problems. Specialising in sports massage (deep tissue massage) that ease's and releases tension in muscles that cause discomfort and pain.
